TERMS AND CONDITION

  • Bank account details provided by customer will be considered as final, any errors in details provided by customer will not be responsibility of Style Matters.
  • The customer will be under obligation to take utmost care of the products while in their possession. This includes all of products instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the products in the same condition.
  • In certain circumstances where customer feels that product does not confirm the standard at the time of delivery they shall promptly contact us via email : customercare@stylematters.in with details of product and damage within 1 day of product received; where on customer will receive instructions from us on further procedure.
  • Upon return of the product, we fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to refund if any via e-mail within reasonable period of time. We aim to process refund as soon as possible and in case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to refund.
