RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Hassle free returns/exchanges within 7 days of goods received at no additional shipping cost.
  2. No extra shipping charges on exchange.
  3. Option of self return available, if address is not eligible for pick up.
  4. Pick up from same address only.
  5. Product to be returned with all labels and packaging in unused condition, failing which, return will not be eligible for refund.
  6. Kindly allow 7 days for refund to process in your bank account.
  7. Refund is credited in same account used for making purchase.
  8. Shipping charges incurred are non-refundable.
  9. Some products are non returnable due to hygiene factor.
  10. Cancellation of any order will only be accepted if product is not dispatched from our warehouse.
  11. Product exchange will be only applicable for once on any order. Second exchange will not be entertained.
  12. International returns only through channel partners.

  • In certain circumstances where customer feels that product does not confirm the standard at the time of delivery they shall promptly contact us via email : customercare@stylematters.in with details of product and damage within 1 day of product received; where on customer will receive instructions from us on further procedure.
  • Upon return of the product, we fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to refund if any via e-mail within reasonable period of time. We aim to process refund as soon as possible and in case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to refund.
